Libracorn | I have a Stellium in Libra (Sun, Moon, Chiron) then I have Mercury, NN in Libra as well, but the orbs are too wide to be apart of the stellium. But anyways, in your opinion, is it a good or bad thing to have a stellium? I've always thought too much of one sign is a bad thing. What do you guys think? ------------------ capricorn asc ♑ - jupiter prominent ♃ libra sun ♎ libra moon ♎ Triple Libran, 9th house Stellium in Libra :D ''Only through the darkness can you see the stars'' - Martin Luther King, Jr. |
theunknown | It means the activities of the house you have the stellium will be very important. Stellium gives you focused energy. When a transit happens, your whole life can be very vulnerable. When someone touches on your planets, their planets touch on your while life and trigger other aspects to your stellium as well. So you might fall hard in love or not at all |
Libracorn | Well I have my stellium in the 9th house... |
fauxcoat | I'm noticing a lot of Libras have stelliums and many of them are in the 8th house. Is this something others notice as well? |
Barbiegirl19 | I have a Libra stellium as well but it's in the 12th |

Uh no... More like capricorn due to generational planets |

I have 2 stelliums, one in the 3H and the other 5...OTOH, 3+5=8. |
Ellynlvx | Stellium Multiple planets in conjunction with each other combine influences and point to a very dynamic area of the chart. It is not a Chart Pattern so much as an exclamation point, and when combined in other patterns this will probably be the trigger point. You look at the House and Dignity to decide which one is the most strengthened in the mix, that is a sort of leader of the bunch. Then you look to Aspects made to determine positive or negative traits to this mixture of energies. Finally, you take note of the Houses they fall in, to see what department of life the energies will manifest and happen through. |
meyray | I personally like stelliums. They create a very focused, consistent and usually strong personality. I think they have much potential for greatness. Finding attractive synastry is also easier because your planets aren’t scattered. On the bad side you might get overwhelmed with matters ruled by the stellum's house, sometimes at the expense of other areas of life. Still this isn’t written in stone, in the end everything depends on your own actions and decisions. As for too much of one sign – there will always be a blending between the qualities of the sign of the stellium and the house of the stellium. The strength of the planets and their aspects matter as well, they too can change the overall behavior of the personality. I don't know if this is textbook or not but I tend to add planets in the same house to the stellium despite the absence of a conjuntion because I don't see how they can act on their own (especially if they're the same sign). |
magicspells | I have Sun, Merc and Jupiter in VIRGO in the 11th house and I still don't understand it at all... |
Ellynlvx | Mercury would be the strongest in that one. Do you write? (You should.) You should write for grants to Non-Profit Humanitarian Organizations. It's your duty. |
vanessa | I have stelliums in scorpio (Sun moon venus mercury jupiter) - i'm probably the most intense person you'll know and the least person you'd considered to be intense at all. In life, i don't think, i sense. Every assessment i have about a situation never rational but they tend to be spot on most of the time. The drawback: my inability to stay balanced on issues i find important. It's a challenging aspect IMO. |

I know someone who answers to the exact same description. Are you by any chance an '82 Scorpio? |
Ellynlvx | My brother has a lot of Scorpio like that. He is definitely intense, penetrative, tough. Most people find him difficult to be around, unless they have the strength of character to withstand it. |

Correct, born in '82. |

My best friend, a Gemini Taurus, describes me as very 'likable and diplomatic' on the outside. But i don't think people consider me difficult, i rarely get angry but i think people around me are slightly 'scared' of me for reasons they don't know. My NN is in cancer, and passing my saturn return (turning 30 thing) i understand what compassion is about. I feel for people cccompassionately lately i guess. But for my goals and ambition and sex (!) ( see my post i put just now) - very overwhelming. |

Considering you have the same Moon, chances are you also have the same birthday, Nov 15 She is a lovely person, and I heard here and there that there was something scary about her. Never found her so myself ^^ |
NeptunianSag | Stellium in 3rd, negatives - too anxious, thoughts feel like 1000mph, depression. Positives - can be fun, never boring, making interesting contacts. Sun, Neptune, Uranus in 3rd |

I have a stellium, too, in Libra. Traditionally they are thought of as bad as are conjunctions, probably because of midpoint values. They can indicate where you put a lot of effort and drive. Your stellium can be what concerns you most in life. Like, if it's in Scorpio, you could be very interested in Scorpio causes and ideas. Stelliums tend to be the more higher evolved of the sign unless severely afflicted.
